Email to Zero
I've heard all about getting my email down to zero. Well, I actually did it. Now, this is still only my second day of work this year, but I was able to process all my mail today and yesterday.
Most of this is due to David Allen's GTD and Lotus Notes. I use Lotus Notes for all my work mail.
