Purchased our land tonight. We were lucky enough to be able to get our first choice in lots we were considering.

We spent the entire day looking at different options for our house at Schumacher's Design Center in Akron, OH.

Meeting with Schumacher Homes for house revisions.

Picked out our flooring & color choices for our house today.
Wood in the dining room and entry way.
12" Tiles in the Kitchen, bathroom and laundry room
Vinyl tile in upstairs bathrooms
Carpet everywhere else.
Outside of house will be clay, with Heritage Brick on two areas of the front. Black roof, shutters and door.
Inside walls latte with white trim.
Inside doors are six panel doors, made of solid poplar with a cherry stain.
Cabinets are also cherry.
